CreUI — Crelong Media's Client Reporting Portal · Last updated: August 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Crelong Media Inc. ("Crelong Media," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with CreUI, our client reporting portal available at creui.crelong.com (the "Service").
CreUI is a private reporting portal we operate for our marketing agency clients. Each client has a private account where we display marketing performance data (analytics, search performance, ad performance, tag configuration, and video channel performance, as applicable) that Crelong Media manages on the client's behalf. Access to a client's data is restricted to that client and to authorized Crelong Media staff.
When a client connects a Google-owned data source to their CreUI portal, we request the following Google API scopes, strictly to display that client's own data inside their private dashboard:
analytics.readonly — to display the client's own website traffic and engagement metrics.webmasters.readonly — to display the client's own search performance (queries, clicks, impressions).tagmanager.readonly — to verify the client's tracking configuration is firing correctly.youtube.readonly — to display the client's own channel and video performance, where applicable.adwords — to display the client's own advertising spend, conversions, and campaign metrics. Our integration only performs read operations against this scope.drive — to store and retrieve client-approved assets and reports in a shared location tied to that client's account.openid, email, profile — to identify the connected Google account. We only request the scopes needed for the data sources a given client chooses to connect — not every client is asked to grant every scope above.
CreUI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We retain Google user data for as long as the client's account and the corresponding connected data source remain active, in order to keep the client's dashboard current. If a client disconnects a data source or closes their account, we delete the associated stored data and OAuth tokens within 30 days, except where retention is required to comply with a legal obligation.
You can revoke CreUI's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access. Revoking access does not delete data already displayed in your dashboard; contact us to request deletion of stored data.
To operate CreUI we also process account information you provide directly (name, email, login credentials) and standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting purposes.
We do not share client data, including Google user data, with third parties except: service providers who help us operate the Service under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
CreUI is a business-to-business tool intended for use by adults acting on behalf of an organization. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
